ขั้นตอนการเตรียมพื้นผิวชิ้นงานอย่างคร่าวๆ
- Surface wash car and wipe down with wax grease remover.
- ล้างทำความสะอาดรถยนต์ ล้างคราบแว็กซ์ออกด้วยน้ำยาลบคราบ
- Rough it up / bare metal with 80-180 grit (paint isn’t pealing).
- เตรียมพื้นผิวด้วยกระดาษทรายหยาบเพื่อทำการลบสีเก่าออก ใช้กระดาษทรายแห้งเบอร์ 80 ? 180
- Body work / filler / glaze compound until straight
- ทำการโป้วสีบริเวณบาดแผลด้วยสีโป้ว 2k แห้งช้า รอชิ้นงานแห้ง หรืออาจใช้ UV Light แบบ Short wave เพื่อเร่งปฏิกิริยา เมื่อสีโป้วแห้ง จะทำการขัดสีโป้วออกด้วยกระดาษทรายแห้งละเอียดปานกลาง 180-320
- Wipe down with wax grease remover / wipe with tack cloth
- เช็ดคราบสกปรกและน้ำมันโป้วออกด้วยน้ำยาเช็ดคราบ
- Epoxy primer High build primer / build dust guide coat
- พ่นสีรองพื้น แห้งช้า EPOXY บริเวณบาดแผลหรือทั้งชิ้น แล้วแต่กรณี
- Block / wet sand
- ใช้เครื่องขัดกระดาษทรายแห้งเบอร์ละเอียด 400 ขัดเก็บงาน และใช้กระดาษทรายน้ำ ไล่งานอีกเล็กน้อยเพื่อความละเอียด
- Wipe down with wax grease remover / wipe with tack cloth
- ใช้น้ำยาเช็ดคราบอีกครั้งในการทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวชิ้นงาน ติดกระดาษเตรียมพ่นสี
